Cowra Ballet School students are excited about performing in this years Cowra Eisteddfod which continues this weekThe students from the Cowra Ballet School are very excited to again be entered in the Cowra Eisteddfod.

Cowra Ballet School has been entering students in the Cowra eisteddfod, every year, for over 40 years.

The students will be performing in group sections including the second time on stage for the Funky Fellas, as well as solo and duo items.

The students and teachers have been working hard in preparation for the eisteddfod and are looking forward to the nine days of dance competition.

We are also looking forward to seeing one of Miss Shelby’s drama students competing in the Speech and Drama sections this year.

Many of the competitors have been preparing for the eisteddfod with performances at local functions.

Once again the families of Torsion Youth Choreographic Ensemble will be organising a barbecue breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday, May 21 and 22, during the very busy dance group days.

This will help the busy dancers to be able to grab a bite to eat amid the day of performing.

The Cowra Ballet School wishes all the performers all the best throughout the three weeks of competition, and hope it will be a very enjoyable experience for all involved.

Cowra Ballet School also wishes to invite anyone who would like to enrol to dance along to any of their classes.

The classes cover all styles of dance and are available every day, one to look out for is the special adults Salsa class on Monday nights.
